  We had a hard time making person to person contact.. some phone tag and voice mails... But Once I spoke to Patrick... He verified Landlord Pay, and called me back within 10 minutes... went out to the house, made the repairs, and we were washing clothes before lunch... Thanks Patrick! Glad we went local
